RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are happy to provide you with a full refund or exchange for goods (excluding the shipping charge if it is not due to an error on our end) in their original condition provided you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

If your item was damaged upon receiving it, please contact me with a photo of the product within 14 days of receiving it and I can refund you or send you a replacement.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders and digital downloads.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
