MUSCULAR SYSTEM WATERCOLOR - ORIGINAL

Muscle man! I painted this guy as a part of my body system series. My goal was to create a piece that clearly portrayed the muscular system, but was not overly technical or realistic. I was pleased with the idea of using line art to showcase the muscles, as it not only indicates the large muscle groups, it also demarcates the direction of the muscle fibers. The overall feel is mildly abstract while being striking and clear. I like it! I hope you do too.
