This exciting watercolor print shows a skier on a downhill slope. It subtly shows the muscular anatomy of the skier beneath the clothing. If you’ve ever been skiing, you know it’s a full body workout! It works muscles like your abs, glutes, guads, hamstrings, biceps, and triceps. And of course muscles in your hands, feet, and ankles. There’s actually so much happening in your hands that there is a ski specific injury called “skier’s thumb”. It’s a soft tissue injury in the ligament that holds the bones of your thumb together. Ouch! Don’t worry though, it heals pretty quickly.

This one is a nostalgic favorite for me. My parents were volunteer ski patrollers so I grew up on a ski hill and eventually became a ski patroller myself. Feels like a different life but I have the fondest of memories from that time!

This is the perfect print for ski enthusiasts, sports enthusiasts, physical therapists, winter and snow lovers, and of course, ski patrollers!
