Please leave a note in your order to let me know which of my prints you would like to include on your greeting card. If you would like to add text on the outside of the card, please include that in your order as well. The text will be in the same handwritten calligraphy font as the listing photos!
We will reach out with a picture of your cards for approval before we begin preparing your order, to make sure it is exactly how you like it!
PAPER & INK: The print will come on 100% alpha cellulose 232gsm Archival Matte Paper. This lovely museum-quality paper is acid-free and engineered for high contrast and high resolution output. All prints are printed on an Epson p800 using Epson UltraChrome pigment inks, which are guaranteed to last for 200 years.
SIZE: When folded, the greeting cards are 5x7". The inside of the greeting cards are blank.

All of our sublimated products are printed in-house at our Lyon Road Art studio in Waunakee, Wisconsin. This allows us full quality control and makes customizations easy-peasy!
SHIPPING
How are the prints shipped?
All prints come in a clear plastic sleeve to ensure protection. 5x7, 8x10, and 11x14 prints will come attached to a cardboard backing within a stiff mailer attached and are mailed via USPS First Class Shipping. 16x20 prints will arrive in a tube. Flat boxes are available for 16x20 prints on request.
How long until I receive my print?
Processing Time: Standard orders will be processed and shipped in 3-5 business days. Orders placed with Express Shipping will be processed and shipping in 1-3 business days.
Estimated Shipping Time:
Standard Shipping - North America within 3-5 business days
If you need faster shipping, choose one of our Express Shipping options. Shipping time is in addition to production time, purchasing 2-day shipping does not guarantee your order will arrive in 48 hours. (If you need it even faster, or by a specific date, please reach out to us so we can do our best to accommodate!)

Are there customs or import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
For orders in the EU and UK only, Our EU printer guarantees customs free delivery, is 100% carbon neutral, and the prints are the same high quality customers can expect from our Waunakee Studio.
Why did my order ship from Düsseldorf/London?
Because of increasing customs and import fees with international shipping, we have found a reliable printer in Euroupe that can ship our EU and UK orders with the same high quality as our prints from the U.S.
RETURNS
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
• Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
• Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
• Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders and digital downloads.
Conditions of Returns: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
