Processing Time: Generally orders will be processed and shipped in 3-5 business days.

Prints with customizations can take longer to prepare. Proof will be shared over email prior to printing shipping. Once your customizations are approved, I will begin preparing your order. 

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. 
If you need faster shipping, please choose my Express Shipping option. (If you need it even faster, just contact me. I can usually accommodate!)

All prints come in a clear plastic sleeve to ensure protection. 5x7, 8x10, and 11x14 prints will come attached to a cardboard backing within a stiff mailer attached. 16x20 prints will arrive in a tube. Flat boxes are available for 16x20 prints on request.

The prints are available in 5x7, 8x10, 11x14, 16x20. In our Go Big! style, I offer prints in the following sizes: 20x24, 24x30, 28x35, 32x40, 36x45, and 40x50. Select your size from the “Dimensions” drop down box.

Go Big! prints include all sizes above 16x20, which are vectorized. Enlarging our prints without vectorizing can cause the print to look blurry or pixelated, since it’s usually painted at a smaller size. The vectorization process fixes that, however, it does slightly change the look of the painting. It is barely noticeable, but I do like to make you aware so that you know exactly what you’re getting from us! Take a look at the split image in each listing to see the difference between the two.

Customization allows you to have your watercolor print edited per your request! Possible edits include color changes, color matching, and inclusion of text. To include customizations on your print, just select 'yes' for customization on the prints you would like changed and please write the specific edits you'd like in the notes section when checking out.

Not all customization requests can be accommodated (but almost!). Before shipping, I'll send you a screenshot of the edits for approval. This process may increase the processing time of your order.

The print will come on 100% cotton rag 300gsm Archival Matte Paper or 340gsm Cold Press Fine Art Paper. This lovely museum-quality paper is acid-free and engineered for high contrast and high resolution output. All prints are printed with high quality pigment inks, which are guaranteed to last for years. 

EU and UK orders are printed with ultra wide gamut inks on 310 gsm Hahnemühle German Etching paper.  

Prints are signed on the front.

Gift wrapping is available for all domestic orders with the exception of orders of Go Big! and framed orders. 

While the prints do not come framed, Lyon Road Art does offer professional framing services for orders shipping within the USA.

Additionally, all our prints come in standard sizes, so frames can usually be found at most local frame shops or big box stores like Michaels.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

• Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

• Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders and digital downloads.
Buyers are responsible for any international customs or import taxes that may apply to their package in transit. I do not offer refunds on orders due to the cost of customs/import taxes.

Conditions of Returns: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Our shipping courier requires a phone number and email in order to arrange potential import/customs fees and delivery.

Import and customs fees are separate from the shipping costs and VAT taxes you pay at checkout. These fees are not added until they reach your destination country and we cannot predict if they will be added or how much they might cost. Once we ship the package, any additional costs are your responsibility, and unfortunately we are not able to offer any type of refund or cancellation due to import/customs fees.

Sharing the best phone number and email address for you is necessary to help avoid any issues with delivery. The sooner we have your contact information, the sooner we can get the ball rolling!

For orders in the EU and UK only, our EU printer guarantees 100% carbon neutral, customs free delivery.

For orders not in the EU or UK, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

EU orders onlyIn the past, we shipped all of our EU orders from our USA studio. Due to the addition of VAT taxes and increased border regulations in 2020, EU customers were paying exorbitant customs fees. Some packages cost over $100 in additional customs costs when they were delivered, in addition to the $50-$80 it cost to ship from the USA.

As a response to this, we partnered with a printer in the EU that could print our pieces with the colors and quality that we promise for all our prints. The cost to print and ship these pieces is higher, but it saves you from paying more for shipping, and unbelievably high customs fees.
