What type of paper do you use?
The print will come on 100% cotton rag 300gsm Archival Matte Paper. This lovely museum-quality paper is acid-free and engineered for high contrast and high resolution output. All prints are printed on an Epson p800 using Epson UltraChrome pigment inks, which are guaranteed to last for 200 years. Prints are signed on the front.
What sizes are available?
The prints are available in 5x7, 8x10, 11x14 or 16x20. Select your size from the “Dimensions” drop down box.
Is framing available?
Our prints do not come framed and unfortunately, due to current world events we've temporarily stopped our framing services. Luckily, our prints come in standard sizes and frames for them can be easily found at most local frame shops or big box stores like Michaels.
How are the prints shipped?
All prints come in a clear plastic sleeve to ensure protection. 5x7, 8x10, and 11x14 prints will come attached to a cardboard backing within a stiff mailer attached and are mailed via USPS First Class Shipping. 16x20 prints will arrive in a tube. Flat boxes are available for 16x20 prints on request.
How long till I receive my print?
Processing Time: Generally orders will be processed and shipped in 2-4 business days.
Estimated Shipping Time: North America within 2-5 business days
If you need faster shipping, choose my Express Shipping option. The print will reach you in 2-4 days. (And if you need it even faster, just contact me. I can usually accommodate!)
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Are there customs or import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

• Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders and digital downloads.
Conditions of Returns: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
